At Kobo Clara BW, we want you to be fully satisfied with your e-reading experience. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the Kobo Clara BW device you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the e-reader and all original accessories, including the USB-C charging cable and manuals, into the original retail packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
